Cancellation Policy     [ Return to Top of Page ] Cancellation notices must be made by e-mail and phone. Full cancellation allowed prior to a deposit being made. The renter may cancel a reservation after a deposit is made subject to the following fees; 15% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made at least 75 days before the start of the rental period 25% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 74 and 43 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 42 and 30 days before the start of the rental period. 90% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made the day of arrival or in the case of failure to occupy the villa by the renter. There is also be a $50 administrative fee charged to cover web site transaction fees. If the renter intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the renter has to pay the following amount; ITALY/CROATIA/GREECE: 24 Euro / 36 SFR / 15 UKL / 35 US$ 35; FRANCE/SPAIN/PORTUGAL: 62 Euro / 80 SFR / 30 UKL / 80 US$.
