Top  1) Find A Holiday Home
You find the holiday homes by clicking on "search for houses" or "online catalogue" on top of the page. When you have found the holiday home you wish to order, click on the house and follow the guidelines. Bookings are made on behalf of the owner of the property at the prices stated. These prices are based on market conditions applicable at the time in which the website is created.

Top  2) Rental Voucher
When you have booked a holiday home and we have received payment according to the terms of payment, NOVASOL will send you the rental documents, where address and travel directions to the holiday home is included.

Top  3) Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. During the booking procedure you will be asked to choose, which method of payment you prefer.

The 1st instalment must be received by NOVASOL no later than 8 days from the date of booking and is 25% of the total rental. The 2nd instalment must be received by NOVASOL no later than 6 weeks before the date of arrival and is the remaining 75% of the total rental.

When a holiday home is booked less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental must be received by NOVASOL no later than 8 days from the date of booking.

If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the total rental is to be paid immediately, after whichthe rental agreement will be sent.

Top  4) Deposit
As a safety for the holiday home owner a deposit is collected at arrival to cover damages and also to cover the additional costs accumulating during your stay, such as electricity, water, telephone, heating, gas, etc.

For holiday homes in Denmark you will, at the latest 14 days after returning from your holiday, receive an account of your deposit. In other countries consumption will be accounted at your departure.

Top  5) Extra services
When booking a holiday home in Denmark it is possible to order some extra services, such as cleaning and bed linen, etc. If such services are offered in connection with the holiday home you wish to book, it is possible to order these during the booking procedure.

Occasionally a holiday home has compulsory final-cleaning. However, this is primarily holiday homes with an indoor pool. Compulsory final-cleaning will be stated in the description of the holiday home.

Top  6) Money-back guarantee
Concerning holiday homes with an indoor pool. To rent a holiday home with a pool is something very special and Novasol vouches for the quality of the holiday home.

This is why we now offer something as unique as a "money-back guarantee" on holiday homes with an indoor pool.

The "money-back gurantee" can be set in effect if the pool isn't functional or the house hasn't been cleaned properly and a complaint is made at arrival, as long as NOVASOL has been allowed 24 hours to solve the problem. If we can't solve the problem within 24 hours the rental amount will be paid back or the guest can choose to relocate to a different holiday home.

If the above mentioned criteria have all been met, the outstanding rental amount will be paid back.

Under non functional is to be understood, that the defect results in a substantial limitation of the holiday, e.g. if the pool can't be used or the heatingsystem in the holiday home isn't functioning.

The "money-back gurantee" is applicable from the day NOVASOL is made aware of a complaint and for the rest of the holiday duration.

Top  7) Inspection of the holiday home
NOVASOL inspects the holiday home before your arrival. Within the period 01.11.-31.03 we also heat up the house prior to your arrival.

NOVASOL service-employees are available all week from 09.00-20.00.
